    As I speak, the Lansing area accumulates another 1-3 inches. Here is a photo from the last time in which we got about 10 inches. People at work are starting to wonder where spring is. Potholes are also becoming quite noticeable and very atrocious. And to top it off, Michigan just experienced a “salt” shortage.…

    I really don’t think this proposed buyout is good for either company. Microsoft is really only buying 2nd place in the search engine/advertising arena and could care less about Yahoo’s really cool web technologies. In the long run, Microsoft will likely squander their bought 2nd place ranking because of their corporate/marketing mindset which seems to stifle cool…
